The STSI-OA is a free assessment tool than can be used by organizational representatives at any level to evaluate the degree to which their organization is STS-informed, and able to respond to the impact of secondary traumatic stress in the workplace. Balancing Work, Childcare, and Eldercare: A View From the Trenches

 

In 2011-2012, Dr. Linda Duxbury of Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business, and Dr. Christopher Higgins, of the University of Western Ontario’s Ivey School of Business, conducted a national study of worklife balance in Canada.
